Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Training


Safety Services Group is committed to ISO 9001:2008 certification, Total Quality Management and work safety training. SSG personnel and vendors ensure all products meet quality, health and environment standards. On Jan 30, 2009, Safety Services Group was certified to the ISO 9002:1994 standard by TUV (NORD) for its quality system. We currently possess the ISO 9001:2008 certification. The quality processes is job one, and our continual improvement goals are endeavored with serious commitment. We also currently hold ISO/IEC 17020:2012 inspection management system


SSG’s Health Policy provides employees with a clear understanding of the importance we place on conducting work in a manner that provides for the greatest safety for everyone and assigns accountability for compliance with this policy at the highest levels of the company. All employees perform their work in a way that protects and promotes the health of themselves, their co-workers and the public, and that they comply with all applicable safety and health laws and regulations. It is also SSG"s policy that each manager effectively manages occupational and public safety and health matters concerning business activities for which he or she is responsible.


Safety is a major goal of SSG.  Our QHSE efforts include an employed Corporate Safety Manager and a Corporate Safety Policy, and our results have yielded an effective safety program.


All SSG personnel maintain constant environmental protection awareness.  We ensure that an organized and systematic approach is used to identify environmentally hazardous substances and eliminate their use in our products.  An organized approach is used to identify environmental concerns and that adequate support and resources are provided to implement prompt corrective action.  We review and evaluate all products for their material content and its compliance to required environmental objectives. We conduct business operations in compliance with all applicable government and industry environmental regulations.


SSG recognizes that the productivity and performance of the organization ultimately depend on the depth and quality of knowledge and skills of its employees. Advancing such knowledge and skills rests on the training and development offered to and taken advantage of by its employees. In accordance with the desire of management to ensure the quality of the work of its employees and to minimize the legal, financial, and physical risks posed by insufficient training, we have adopted a training program whereby each employee is required to have an annual minimum number of training points in a variety of areas.
