All SSG personnel maintain constant environmental protection awareness. SSG recognizes that the productivity and performance of the organization ultimately depend on the depth and quality of knowledge and skills of its employees. Advancing such knowledge and skills rests on the training and development offered to and taken advantage of by its employees. In accordance with the desire of management to ensure the quality of the work of its employees and to minimize the legal, financial, and physical risks posed by insufficient training, we have adopted a training program whereby each employee is required to have an annual minimum number of training points in a variety of areas.
